here's the deal...

1. chpt 6 QUIZ THURSDAY. the quiz will be four proofs. nothing else. take a closer look at these problems:

6.1 #7
6.2 #4, 11
6.3 #6, 9
review #10, 2

2. i am going to collect the four chpt 6 hw assignments

3. you are allowed to use your yellow chpt 5 sheet and you can write the following on the back of the yellow sheets: (you gotta write it yourself before class). 

6.1

- two parallel lines determine a plane

- two intersecting lines determine a plane

6.2

- a line is perpendicular to a plane if it is perpendicular to every line on the plane that passes thru the foot

- if perpendicular to two lines in a plane thru foot, then perpendicular to plane

- if perpendicular to plane, then perpendicular to all line on plane thru foot

6.3

- if a plane intersects parallel planes, then lines of intersection are parallel
